Visiting the Green Skips Website

The Website Booking System
On submission of a booking the personal information provided by the client (the submitter) will be emailed directly to Tamborine Skips via a secure mail server. Your credit card details are not included in any email and are not stored on our server.
Online Payment Security
Payments are made via a secure third party plugin which uses Bendigo Bank’s online payment system.
If you are concerned about making a payment online, we can also accept payment over the phone or via our mobile eftpos facility. Please contact us to discuss.
Collection of Personal Information
In the operation of the business Green Skips collects information required to provide good service to clients. Information recorded such as client contact name(s) and contact details will be requested via the client’s preferred contact method and will be available to the client on request. Only necessary information will be collected and sensitive information will only be collected with the client’s permission, or as required by law. Details will be kept secure and up to date.
Uses and Disclosures of Personal Information
Green Skips will only use information provided by the client for the stated purpose and will not transfer personal or sensitive information outside Australia unless the client has consented or it is required by law. Green Skips does not compile mailing lists for its own or third party marketing.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
